Get in the winter spirit and learn to make a 16" balsam wreath with local balsam and other natural foraged materials (think: birch bark, red dogwood, milkweed pods, cedar, an assortment of pinecones, etc). It's the same process as making a dried flower wreath, but with much easier (and delightfully fragrant) material to work with!
